Understanding the possible risks of Wood Pellet manufacturing and delivery, VNG THANGLONG always follows a strict production system to maintain work efficiency.
Production & Quality Control
Raw Materials: Sourced from our own factories, ensuring consistent quality.
Pelletization: Processed into pellets at our facilities in Phu Tho, Binh Duong, and Bac Giang.
Quality Testing: Each batch is tested for moisture, ash content, and calorific value.
Packaging & Storage
Packaging: Wood pellets are packed Jumbo bags, Container.
Storage: Stored in secure, dry warehouses at each production site.
Loading & Transportation
Transport to Port: Finished products are transported to Hai Phong Port, Cat Lai Port
Container Loading: Pellets are loaded into 20ft containers for bulk shipments.
Customs Documentation: All necessary export documents are prepared and checked.
Exportation & Shipping
Customs Clearance: Documents submitted for customs clearance.
Sea Freight: Containers are shipped to international ports, including Japan, Korea, and more.
Tracking: Real-time tracking is provided for full transparency.
